Performance characteristics:
1. All-steel welded structure, after vibration aging treatment to eliminate internal stress, has good rigidity and stability;
2. Combining the flow rate from the servo proportional valve with the feedback of the electronic scale; controlling the synchronous operation of the slider (Y1, Y2);
3. The repetition accuracy of the dead point under the slider is 0.01 mm and the bending angle is 0.5 degree.
4. The fast and slow transition point and the upper limit stop point of the slider are adjusted by the grating ruler feedback computer.
CNC axis can be configured optionally:
1. Back shield positioning (X-axis);
2. Back gauge height adjustment (R axis);
3. Independent lateral adjustment of the retaining block (Z axis);
4. Workbench convex (V-axis);
5. Each block X moves independently (X'axis) (for specifications less than 2500KN in nominal force).
